La Tablée des Chefs is proud to support and partner with The Bridge in building a sustainable Food Recovery program across hotels and large venues. This partnership expands our reach and provides The Bridge with support and resources based on the La Tablee model.
La Tablée will also partner on food education, helping develop food autonomy amongst youth in the Niagara Region.
The Niagara Falls Convention Centre’s CSR sustainability model involves making conscious choices that reduce environmental impact, support local communities, and preserve resources for future generations. Adopting sustainable corporate social responsibility approaches such as purchasing from small businesses in the community, donating remaining food to local shelters, and supporting local beekeepers can make a significant positive impact on the community.
