Niagara Falls city council hearing of a new program that takes leftover food from conventions and restaurants and distributes it among the homeless.
Steven deBoer is the Mission Pastor with The Bridge, and says they’re working with some city groups, but want to join with more hotels and community groups.
He says it’s a food recovery project, in partnership with Montreal based La Tablee Des Chefs.
