An initiative has been launched that takes leftover food from conventions and distributes it those in need.
And the program, operated by a faith-based community, is expected to grow to include partnerships with restaurants and hotels across Niagara Falls.
“We are partnering with a non-profit out of Montreal, Quebec called La Tablee des Chefs,” Steven deBoer, mission pastor with The Bridge, told city council Tuesday.
